Went to Edinburgh this weekend and had a great time. Haley and I tried to cram all of Edinburgh into two days, but that was impossible. I'm very happy we will be going back this Christmas. Here are a few pictures of the trip. The first is of our hostel room; very nice and clean. On Saturday we first went to Edinburgh Castle, then shopping on Princes Street. We also went to lunch in the Elephant House, the little cafe were J.K. Rowling supposedly wrote several of her first Happy Potter novels. We went to High Street and visited St. Giles Cathedral and went on several historical/haunted tours of Edinburgh Vaults (spooky!). I hope everybody at home had a good time at the Chili Cook Off (Congratulations Paul, the 2008 Chili Cook Off Champion!)

I believe you mean 'Harry' Potter, not Happy Potter...although I'm sure he is very happy. You know, now that...SPOILER ALERT...he's defeated Voldemort, gotten married and had 3 kids. That said, I had a great time in Edinburgh too...still want to know what that whole deal with the ghost and its vendetta against pregnant women is though. Perhaps next time.

Oops, I meant "Harry" not "Happy"
