This weekend, I went with the International Society went to the Alnwick Castle in England. This Castle was used in the first two Harry Potter films, to the weekend was Harry Potter themed. The castle was also used in Robin Hood with Kevin Costner. It was beautiful and the first castle I've seen that was still habitable. We also saw the palace where Mary Queen of Scots was born, and the Alnwick Gardens, where there is one of the world's largest tree houses. All very thrilling, here a few photos of the day.

Visited Stirling today and saw the Wallace Monument, the Stirling Castle and a Stirling distillery . It was hard to see the actual statue of William Wallace, but I'm told the resemblance to Mel Gibson is uncanny. Here are some photos of the trip. Also featured are some pictures from Friday nights festivities (it was my dorm's welcoming night at the Watering Hole). I've also put on some pictures from my day at the beach. I went (finally) to see the beach in Aberdeen, it was cold but very pretty. I would also like to introduce you to the new loves of Stacy, Vanessa, and my lives. Their names are Robbie (Stacy's bear), Wallace (Vanessa's highland cow), and Bruce (my highland cow). They are pictured above.
